You can use our service for a minimum rental period of 30 days. The rental period and number of tenants is decided by you( not more than 3 people in one unit).
It is an entirely new system --no need for a guarantor
or other trouble some formalities.

Contact with our
nearest Leopalace
Center by directly visiting, calling or
sending us your enquiry via e-mail. Let us know
your desired room specifications, apartment area,
rental period and the number of tenants. We will
provide a list that meets your demands. You can
get more information in Japanese through our homepage
(currently the only search facilities are available
on our Japanese Homepage).
*When you visit a Leopalace Centre, we would appreciate it if you could ask someone who can speak fluent Japanese to accompany you (some of our staff may not be good at communicating in English)

After
you decide to rent an apartment with us, please
prepay all the charges for your rental period. At
Leopalace we do not need a deposit, key money, annuity
or any renewing charges etc. Also we do not require
a guarantor.

| The key will be ready at the nearest Leopalace Centre. Your agent will explain to you about the rules, any special conditions and parking space on your arriving at the apartment. |

The key should be returned when you move out. The room will be checked by our real estate agent.
